Oriental Golf TV Program is the co-produce of Shanghai Dragon TV and Beijing China Prosperity Culture Propagation Company Limited. The official broadcast of golf TV program commenced in October 2003. Shanghai Dragon TV embraces the whole China mainland and some of the Asian countries by transmitting the signal via the Asia Satellite.
